Negroni Week

Bars and restaurants around the world mix classic Negronis and their variations to raise money for Slow Food’s mission to create a more equitable and sustainable food and beverage world.
Slow Food introduced the Slow Food Negroni Week Fund to support community-led projects that transform the global food system. The fund backs initiatives that preserve diversity, promote food education, and address key food issues, in addition to supporting Slow Food’s ongoing work. Grants are aimed at projects that drive local food system change.
Ada’s Blood Orange Negroni is made with Beefeater Gin, Blood Orange, Sweet Vermouth, Campari. It’s gently bitter with a refreshing citrus and a touch of sweetness.

Inspired by Ernest Hemingway, Majestic’s Hemingway Negroni Into The Trees features Gray Whale Gin, Aperol, and Lillet Blanc. It delivers a smooth blend of citrus and mild bitterness.

This is not your average Negroni. The Mezcal Pomegranate Negroni combines Mezcal, Sweet Vermouth, Campari, and Pomegranate Syrup for a unique twist. It’s a little smoky and savory with a touch of tartness from the pomegranate.

The Berry Negroni is made with Campari, Japanese Roku Gin, and a Strawberry Blackberry Syrup; this drink combines the bitterness of Campari with the sweet and tart flavors of berries for a refreshing twist.
The Blackberry Negroni is made with Campari,  Japanese Roku Gin, Ginger Syrup, and topped with Prosecco. It balances Campari’s bitterness with spicy ginger and finishes with a crisp, bubbly touch.
